Sessions for the Holidays!

•October 23, 2009 • Leave a Comment

It’s that time….

Booking sessions for November and December: Windansea Beach, Coronado, Presidio Park, Julian, Downtown, Desert, Salton Sea… feel free to think outside the box if it fits your session!

All of the weekends are pretty much booked up with sessions and weddings in November. You can still schedule a studio session between 11am and 2pm on some of the weekends where we aren’t relying on lighting outdoors. Here they are: November 8th, 15th, 29th. November 28th is wide open all day!

If you can have you session photographed on a weekday in November that would be awesome. I’ll take 25% off for most sessions.

You have until December 13th to be photographed and still have pictures ready for Chrsitmas.

Heather and Zac are awesome. I really can’t wait for this wedding! They are getting hitched at Lake Oak Meadows ( http://www.lakeoakmeadows.com/) in 2010. We started the session out within the fields and abandoned structures near Campo and ended up at Windansea Beach south of La Jolla Cove.  www.andykingphotography.com

I had a really fun session with Jenn & Isaiah at the Mission Inn in Riverside…uh, before we were kicked out that is. Isaiah actually proposed to Jenn at the Inn. It’s one of my favorite locations to photograph. I’ve shot weddings there before and have had my way with the place, but it turns out that you can’t have your engagement session on the property unless you are getting married there. Good times. We continued the session at the Inn for a while and then moved onto other amazing structures nearby.

Texas was awesome. Eric & Rebecca’s wedding was held right next to the water and open sky at Lake Worth. I’ve been photographing Eric and his family for several years…it was great to see everyone! We started the day off early, photographing  all of the groomsmen wakeboarding, with the party continuing late into the evening. Good times!

Napa Valley

I had such an amazing time in Napa at Sally & Jeremiah’s wedding!  Their wedding was at an indescribably picturesque residence in Calistoga. Calistoga is a quaint town on the northern end of the Napa Valley.  The downtown area has a unique charm about it: tree-lined streets, boutiques,  and several small bistros with live music…all surround by vineyards and world-famous wineries. The minute you leave the vineyards and head up the mountain to where the ceremony location was, it begins to look like Yosemite.      www.andykingphotography.com

Sally did all of the flower arrangements, she is an incredible florist. She is the owner of Exquisite Blooms in San Diego (www.exquisiteblooms.com)

It sounded like a good idea at the time…I thought it was the end for all of us. You could just see the headlines!

Amanda & Heath said their ”I Dos” in Del Mar’s Seagrove Park  followed by a lavish reception at the Del Mar Marriott.
